Organically Whole Health & Wellness, LLC provides wellness therapies including hyperbaric oxygen therapy, red and near infrared light therapy, vibration therapy, and halogenerator salt therapy. Our services are intended to support general wellness and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician before beginning any new wellness regimen.

3. Credit Packages & Payments

Credit packages are non-refundable and subject to expiration as stated at the time of purchase. VIP Charter Membership pricing is locked at the rate of purchase and is renewable at the same rate, provided a new package is purchased before the last visit. All payments are processed securely through WellnessLiving.

Pricing and package availability are subject to change without notice. Promotional pricing is available for a limited time and may be withdrawn at the discretion of Organically Whole Health & Wellness, LLC.

4. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments may be booked online through our booking system or by contacting us directly. We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future booking. Credits used for no-show appointments may not be refunded.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Organically Whole Health & Wellness, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Organically Whole Health & Wellness, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services in question.
