What is the credit system?
We use a credit-based system for flexible therapy selection. Each service costs a set number of credits (1–5 depending on the treatment). Purchase a package of credits and use them however you choose across all our therapies.
Can I share my credits with family?
Yes! The Premium package (50 credits) is specifically designed to be shareable with your spouse and children. It's perfect for families who want to make wellness a shared priority.
What happens when my credits expire?
Each package has a validity period (2 weeks to 3 months depending on the package). Members with a monthly membership always have fresh credits available — another great reason to go the membership route.
Can I combine therapies in one visit?
Absolutely! Our HaloRed O2 Vitality Booth already combines four therapies in a single 20-minute session. You can also book multiple services back-to-back for a comprehensive wellness experience.
